3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by Customer:
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
Within 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund.
Cancellation by Thriller Tours Jamaica: In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
4. Changes and Amendments
Changes by Customer: Requests to change or amend bookings should be made as early as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Changes by Thriller Tours Jamaica: We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to itineraries, schedules, and prices when necessary. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
5. Responsibilities
Travel Requirements: Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including visas, vaccinations, and travel insurance if needed.
Personal Belongings: Thriller Tours Jamaica is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the tour.
Health & Safety: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our guides. We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest’s behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unsuitable for the tour.

Liability: Thriller Tours Jamaica is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during tours, except where required by Jamaican law.
